Fish in foil

Fish (of choice )
button mushrooms sliced or 3 garlic cloves left whole
1 onion, sliced
salt and pepper
2 thin slices of lemon

Grease aluminium foil with butter, and on this place the mushroom slices or garlic, sliced onion and fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, decorate with lemon slices and put a small lump of butter on top. Pack the foil tightly around the fish. Put the parcels into baking dish and bake. Oven Temp 200C, for approx 15 mins.
