Curried sausages
500g sausages
1 onion
1 apple
1 dsp sugar
1 dsp of curry powder (or to taste)
a handful of sultanas (optional)
1 Tbsp of chutney
Fry the onions if you wish, or put all ingredients into large pot, cover with water or stock. Simmer for an hour or so, thicken with cornflour, add extra water if necessary and cook gently for 5 minutes.
