Chicken rolls

1 tbsp parsley, chopped
3 tbsp mayonaise
1 1/2 c cooked chicken, finely chopped
1/2 c grated cheese
1/4 c celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp spring onions or chives, finely chopped
1/2 c sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and spread on sandwhich, then roll up. Or on a roll.
Instead of chicken can also use salmon or tuna.
