Baked Cheesecake

250g Ricotta Cheese
250g Cream Cheese
250g Sour Cream
1 Cup Castor Sugar
1/4 Cup Cornflour
3 Eggs
1 tsp of Lemon Juice (I use 3)

Grease a spring form cake tin thoroughly.
Put all ingredients into a Food Processor and process until smooth.
Pour into cake tin and bake at 160 degrees Celcius for 1 hour.
Cool and serve with a mixture of berries heated just slightly and whipped cream.
